Before choosing your new furniture, take a moment to consider the unique features of your room, such as windows, closets, vents, outlets, and door swings. Measure the room’s perimeter and create a simple floor plan, including space for additional items like ottomans. If you’re planning an entertainment setup, be sure to measure your TV and related components to ensure they’ll fit comfortably. Once you’ve selected your furniture, double-check that each piece can easily pass through all entry points by measuring doorways, elevators, and staircases. How long does it take to get my furniture from Natural Furniture?

Real wood furniture signifies exceptional quality made from authentic wood—never particle board or MDF. Our manufacturers use solid wood for face frames, drawers, and posts, with some pieces also featuring solid wood tops and concealed adjustable door hinges. What are the advantages of real wood?
Real wood furniture is designed for durability and often outlasts synthetic alternatives. Minor nicks and scratches are easy to repair, and the finish can be updated or changed over time. Whether you’re refreshing a piece after the kids have grown or adapting it for a new space, real wood can be refinished and transformed again and again. What types of wood do you sell?
We collaborate with numerous manufacturers who craft furniture using a wide range of hardwoods and select softwoods. Some of the species we offer include Acacia, Alder, Birch, Cherry, Hickory, Mango, Maple, Oak, Parawood, Radiata Pine, and Sheesham. Each type of wood features its own distinct grain patterns and staining qualities. Are all your products made in the USA?
We carry a diverse selection of products crafted both in the United States and internationally. If you’re unsure about the origin of a particular item, feel free to email or contact us with the item name and SKU number. Are your products Prop 65 compliant?
Yes, all of our products comply with Proposition 65 standards. However, if you have severe allergies or sensitivities, we recommend avoiding wood products. Many wood items may contain latex or formaldehyde-based adhesives, which can trigger allergic reactions in some people. What kind of stain do you sell and use for finishing?
We’re proud to offer Penofin Verde oil stains, a 0-VOC, 100% sustainable, petroleum-free option ideal for unfinished furniture. Penofin Verde is eco-friendly, odorless, and free of harmful fumes, making it safe for your home. It cleans up easily with soap and water and provides up to 99% UV protection to keep your furniture looking beautiful and lasting longer. How do I apply Penofin Verde stain myself?
Apply the stain to each part of the piece you want to color, letting it remain wet for about 15 minutes. Then, wipe off the excess using cotton rags. Be sure to place the used rags in a plastic bag with some water, seal it tightly, and dispose of it properly, as oil-based stains carry a risk of combustion. After approximately two days, once the piece is dry, gently smooth the stained surfaces using 0000 super fine steel wool or 400-grit sandpaper. Apply a second coat of stain, let it sit for 10 minutes, and wipe off the excess again with cotton rags. Dispose of these rags in the same safe manner. After a few more days of drying, your furniture will be ready for use. Note: When finishing items with drawers, such as chests or dressers, avoid staining the drawer boxes. This helps prevent lingering odors that can transfer to your clothes. How should I care for my wood furniture?
Avoid using nail polish remover or acetone on your finished wood products, as they can cause serious damage. Instead, clean with a damp cloth and avoid dry dusting, which can push dirt into the surface. Use gentle cleaners such as Howard Orange Oil or Method Daily Wood Cleaner, and steer clear of silicone, wax solvents, or abrasive products. Never use alcohol, as it can also damage the finish. Keep your furniture away from direct sunlight and heat sources to prevent changes to the finish or wood. Maintain humidity levels between 35 and 45 percent to avoid drying or warping. Regularly dust your furniture to prevent dullness and scratches, and promptly clean up spills to protect the surface.
